# Back Office Foundation & POS Bootstrap — v63

v63 changes the product flow from POS-first to administration-first.

Included:
- Admin/Back Office landing after login.
- Organization readiness dashboard.
- Company, branch, warehouse, and register creation.
- Catalog bootstrap: categories, brands, products, barcode, and selling price.
- POS launch only after a valid company/branch/register scope exists.
- Demo seeder now sets membership defaults, assigns a full development admin role,
  adds demo barcode `DEMO-001`, and creates a default EGP selling price.
- Existing cashier workspace remains available from the Back Office.

The development demo administrator is intentionally full-access only in the local
demo dataset. This is not a production role policy.
